As LOMOA exercise price is 20 cents on 30.9.2017, I have in essence purchased 200,000 LOM shares at 37 cents ... with only 16 cents paid now and if necessary 20 cents in 2 years time.

Now let's assume that in June 2017 LOM shares are worth $1.00 (which I think is conservative and realistic ... based on what's going on) ... my LOMOA would be worth over $0.80 per share, resulting in a profit of $128 k (200 k x ($0.80 less $0.16) ... my $32 k investment would be worth $160 k, a gain of 400% ... as opposed to approx. 300% if I purchased LOM shares now, which would cost me more anyway (or I would have to buy less shares).

If we were to assume that in June 2017 LOM shares are worth $2.00 (which I think is conservative and realistic ... based on what's going on) ... my LOMOA would be worth over $1.80 per share, resulting in a profit of $328 k (200 k x ($1.80 less $0.16) ... my $32 k investment would be worth $360 k, a gain of 1,125% (a "ten bagger") ... as opposed to approx. 666% if I purchased LOM shares now which would cost me more.

It's called leveraging ... so if you are a believer in LOM and what is happening here LOMOA are actually a good value buy at the moment.

I like what I am hearing and believe that LOM is onto something big, or should I say massive, and this will be well established by 2017 ... especially considering how quickly and effectively LOM and BOD have acted to date ... they are not doing things slowly to milk the market (as some small mining companies do).

P.S.- I also own shares and will have some (in the millions after 1 for 2 reduction) new LOMO coming my way.

I am portfolio heavy in LOM and can feel that this will be a great investment. I have also made 10 baggers before and love the feeling.

I sincerely believe that the lower share price is being achieved by some very astute investors, which are driving the share price down, to scare investors and activate stop losses and they are mopping up the shares at lower levels ... knowing what gain they will make when things really start happening for LOM.

nice long post, but in a nutshell - options are a one way street.

you only buy options if you have a high degree of confidence that the heads will improve over time.
If the heads go the other way you are screwed both by the illiquidity in the options plus the deadline for expiry.
