Yes I would not have thought many would turn up to the AGM given it is held in Townsville, the cost to even get there would probably outweigh the value of most retail holders holdings. They could have had it on the gold coast but I suppose they prefer not to have to many holders turn up asking difficult questions IMHO. There is still the issue of the $5mill US + 30% in gold that is now due, perhaps they will have to accept shares in a new issue or just takeover the processing plant.
