Thanks Terrier - I will pick up a copy today.

Had a bit of time to consider yesterdays upgrade and acquisition.

As people know - I have been 'concerned' over the acquisition plans and said so on a number of occasions.

I was concerned that as a recent turnaround with a great high margin business already that they might shoot themselves in the foot and bite off more than they could chew and spoil a good business (others have done that!).

I no longer have such concerns - these 2 acquisitions and growing earnings in the core business now have made me feel comfortable that these guys are taking the minimise risk approach and improve shareholder returns long term.

Had they bought something of high risk/uncertainty in earnings for $20 million and gone $15 million into debt for it then I would have not been impressed at all.

I like their debt free, niche market, great operating margins, orgainic growth, bolt on acquisitions that are eps positive and have synergies with other business.

I suggest that people do some research on this one who don't know about it yet.
