So taking things to a conclusion, they'll be nearly 650M shares in issue, 410M of which go to the owners of LogiTag (60% of enlarged company). Existing Shareholders have @ 25% (when options exercised).

The company will have $10M in the bank & be valued at between $92-112M depending on whether the placing price is 14.2 or 17.2 cents.

Existing shareholders are going to get a 225% to 325% premium just for using them as the float vehicle.

I can't recall another situation where the shell owners get such a massive reward as this !!
