$1 pps would value TOX a half a billion dollars.
Is that the best use for your money ? Half a bl**dy billion dollars for a loss making company with a $5 million PROSPECTIVE EBITDA ??? That sort of money buys you ALL of Select Harvests or Beach Petroleum, one-third of Ansell, one-quarter of Tattersalls or Unitab or OneSteel.

TOX paid 5 times EBITDA to buy Grime Fighters. Those are the normal multiples for cr*p businesses. Lets be generous and give TOX double that. That values TOX at $50 million. 10 cents per share. And then only if someone put a gun to my head.

Grossly overvalued already. Get serious folks !!
