I think you are all overthinking this.

Noble had no intention of ever doing the right thing by RES and have tried consistently in getting PJ to sign up to finance deal that would take the value away from the shareholders.

Now its come to a head and Noble et al are trying this sneaky move to ensure that make the most coin out of us mugs. They have done this at the same time they got wind of this alternative funding deal coming to fruition. Impeccable timing from this mob of carnts.

Whether word on the street that coal is dead or not is irrelevant, coal is still going to get burnt well into the future.

If the panel's decision is in our favour and the MOU with the Swiss financiers falls over, I will eat my hat. He gains nothing from BS us with this other than a couple month reprieve. All this work over the last 5 - 6 years for a 3 month fob off to Noble just doesn't add up.

The rate for the Swiss might seem like a gift but these type of private equity investor's have more money that you can count in a lifetime. I would hazard a guess their motivation is more than monetary.

    That's m 2 c for what's its worth, which is exactly 2c no more.
