Re the road option.

i think i recall in a HDR presentation some time back that they invested some money on a road (ie dirt track) into the lake albert area to get the equipment into place more effeciently. this same road was also being utilised by the local fisherman to sell fresh produce to market (cant remember where market was) instead of the older salted option they used to use.

i suspect the truck option will kick in pretty quick given that ugandan president is constantly on phone to Simon asking when will he produce the goods, best keep him on side!!
