if you compare the capex unit price per mtpa then you will see how cheap we are compared to other projects. We are multiples cheaper than the Aussie LNG projects, so we have room to move with our pricing. As far as our $3.5 billion capex I expect than to blow out to over $4billion based on KBR's recent market update where they flagged a price of $4-$4.5 billion, but in the context of other projects we are still very very cheap. They, KBR, also confirmed the end of this quarter announcement of the EPC deal.

Realistically we were never going to get these issues settled without an FEIS due to the 6 month EPC price life however the problems arise due to unrealistic time expectations set by LNG management. I'm still not sure why these dates keep being set as it only lifts expectations and opens them to critisism and an eroding SP. FERC, BTA's AND project start dates are already 12 months overdue. Why wouldn't people be asking the questions and questioning the story.
