What do you want me to say? SeekingAlpha slammed this stock and used what IMO would be in Australia, defamatory terms which they have since retracted, presumably for legal reasons. At least they had to announce they were shorting the stock, something which Macbank did not. I thought Nasdaq and the US investing community was more sophisticated than this but apparently not. Perhaps the brokers and instos saw an opportunity to squeeze MSB for cheap shares and that's the long and the short of it.

The US market has not reacted as expected but there may be reasons for that which doesn't mean the company is never going to perform. You need to be tough to win against psychological pressure, and if the fundamentals haven't changed I don't understand why people are just making the shorter's life easier.
