Interestingly who will buy this above 15 cents? Existing holders could increase their holdings to allow them to get more shares at 15 cents but many would be underwater and I would imagine they probably have enough risk and can just take up the offer of thier original holding.

Now Non holders may want to participate, but the price is already sub 15 cents?? it really needs to get to 20 cents so they can buy now with the knowledge they can also participate picking up the shares at 15 cents???

There looks to being a stop applied with buyers at the 14 and 14.5 cent level but if 14 was hit how many would still be their??

We also know instos wont suddenly jump on board and buy higher to participate as they could of just underwritten the offer and had all the shares at 15 cents as an insto investor??

So why will it move higher?If I had to bet, best case it just hangs around 15 cents,  Add to that recent world turmoil in europe putting pressure on world markets.
