All great replies and comments but until Patriots Call and Church Call etc including the veterans Call is exposed to the donors by hitting/marketing it hard to the end consumer that the only and best way to donate is download the app and away you go.
As I have mentioned before this is a great concept but they need to advertise heavily to sterr donors to the app as when you go on all the merchant sites to which there are many it just explains the standard credit card donations and other painful methods.
I even when as so far & emailed the ARFD and the lady at the flying doctors had no idea what I was talking about.
I just think the awareness needs to be made and made clear for this to then boom.
