us litigation Hi there everyone, I went through ITD's announcements and can not find a concluding statement regarding their US litigation. The last I read is in their 12/2004 half year report where some litigation cost was included on the cost side. Can somebody shed some light on the status of this litigation? concluded?, settled? What are the outcomes?
