Everthyng unfolded to plan in the past, that gives Us the certanty that M3 will be soon be reached
If it was mentioned to be on Q1 2016 and now that's stated " ahead of time " then IMO somethings has changed here in the timing to bring this Ann out and if it would be announced in Q1 of 2016 then this "ahead of time" would be a false statement perhaps M3 has to be before this end of year to fit in the statement "ahead of time"
