    I'll go with 17c open, and frenzy buying all day.
    It will open GREEN. Even those who are thinking of selling will get swayed by the bid stack and change their mind.
    NOR is the real deal and should run to 30-40 before the end of the month.
    I'm tipping a carrier deal is in the making?
