For the AGM to take place next week will be an achievement in itself. I expect Chimaera Capital will have appointed a Receiver to recover their $4.5/5.0m by then. Financiers such as Chimaera operate on mostly borrowed funds and are accountable to their Investors/Trustees.

I can't see how another $2.0m CR will make enough difference to Chimaera's decision process. VXL have even financed their Insurance Premiums; ASX Companies just don't do that.
