At the time of the loans affair i posted that Chimaera Capital was planning to take the company over for peanuts. I was only half serious but now it seems quite possible. VXL gave them an opening to do that by putting up the plant as security and giving them repayment priority. Under this scenario Chimera would get operation, share holders would lose everything and the Chimera would then recapitalize it as a private company. They could even float it later once it's a commercial success so we could buy into it again (or not).
