Why is bhp ridiculously cheap ? Please explain . Because of dividend of over 8% ..well its not coming from earnings if that is the case .. you can only borrow for so long and you can only cut capex for so long sooner or later you need to put $ to work in order to grow ..one could of said the same thing about metcash high dividend cheap ..now i do think bhp will come good in future but definatelly not cheap at current prices aussie dollar has protected rio and bhp to some degree
If you belive iron ore will go back to a 100 a tonne in 2016 then yes its cheap i personally think we will se lower prices for longer .. if you think iron ore staying below 50 in 2016 not cheap
