Interesting. Firstly recently there have been some loan recoveries for which KBC benefited, and notes that legal proceedings in the future may well bring about more shortly, this is not a direct quote , sorry don't have time to look it up right now. Maybe it is regarding this.
Though the Bolton / PTB thing is strange. Could it be personal proceedings of some note against Bolton, hence KBC saying not on the company but means KBC would need to make an announcement?
