Hi niu, Yes you are right that it was a pretty good deal for JEMSE, a mining company fully owned by a rapacious government that is banned by its own Mining Code to be involved in mining. JEMSE is nothing but a way to impose taxes above the 3% royalty the government accepted as a just and equitable royalty on mining.
