The plan for the shrewd long termer has to be to formulate a plan where you can sell parcels at a price that will allow you to get your original investment back plus reasonable profit and free carry a good amount into the future.
This stock could be worth anything, we're in a "sky's the limit" situation.
I've worked out my plan up to sell 3 parcels leading up to 30c and I reckon I will complete the plan by April next year.
