I think NOR has delivered a kick in the teeth to those investors that were solidly behind it. Correct me if I am wrong but:
1. It was priced way too low at 8cents
2. It is a very small amount of money they are raising
3. Why couldn't the existing shareholders be tapped for this amount?
4. Looks like we get crumbs from the table after the "sophisicateds" get money for nothing.
5. Not a good PR move by the NOR management
6. I'd have thought they could have had flexibility built into the CR such that they didn't pull the rug out from under the share price.
7. They neeed to be told this at the next AGM.
