Tony Wood is coming to the party of all a sudden. Last week the economics didnt stack up because of tolling charges, this week he is suddenly saying the economics are decent and the gas is cheapish. He must have come across some significant new information.
The equation for Jemena in basic terms:
120 Tj a day @1.50 = $65m revenue p/a - not enough on an $800m investment.
120Tj a day @ 2.00 = $87m - probably about right. Middling.
200 Tj a day 1.50 = $110m - Jemena would be pleased with these numbers.
200 Tj a day @ 2.00 = $146m - Jemena making a killing.
