It makes sense that the other banks would jump in once one of the others has. They can't let another bank get a competitive edge. From what I can gather, it's not the call recording that is special - lot's of platforms can do that. It's the fact that you can search the recordings for keywords I'd what sets dubber apart. Being able to datamine recordings could give banks a huge competitive edge.
