They would not have been out of cash.
They could easily have raised via what "were" some of the most loyal shareholders I've come across.
...and I do say again.
The last CR could have been a large CR via existing shareholders and it wasn't. That was the wrong thing.
Funny how so many other ASX stocks manage to do a CR through shareholders without any problems.
I have thought for a while that management disregard SH and enjoy playing the suit games a lot more.
I have always said this is one of best resources I have come across but whether management turn it into gains for shareholders or a select few has always been the question in the back of my mind.
I'll wait for announcement before jumping to conclusions ...
