You keep sparooking this line. But tell that to the loyal ones who sold and invested some else where. Tell that to the ones who sold 85% to come in cheaper.
Tell that to investment banker/ underwriters/ accountants and auditors just itching for $$$ required to write up a prospectus and offer.
Not to mention the influx of option conversions that would convert just to qualify for the offer.
Them be mighty loyal right?
