I am certain it does all this.

The only thing is the definition of 'price discovery'

what this really means nowdays is -------------- 'ha, I see your order - and, I zip in in front of it and beat you'

You discover that you just don't get the stock - or, you don't sell the stock.

It becomes more liquid because you have to buy at a higher bid or sell at a lower price.

Works a treat.
