    Hi all.

    I'm just interested in some opinions of "where to" for BDR from here...

    BDR probably need to "update" their website-
    1. The "investor home page" still lists the "2013" annual report, even though the link takes you to the 2014 one;
    2. The "investor fact sheet" needs to be updated with the new management team;
    3. There is nothing in the "investor calendar" for 2016 (I find that concerning).

    As an investor, I am looking for evidence about the success and future direction of this company. Forward planning, up to date information & transparency is the key for the new management after the mis steps in the recent past in my opinion.

    The first place a person goes to find out about a company is their website. If you discover it's complacent about its website, which is effectively "the face the company presented to the world", what else is it complacent about? Come in BDR, you can do better.

    Firstly, I am "self educated" when it comes to share trading (I have been using my super to dip my toes in for the last 2 years), and it's been, lets just say a wild ride and a learning experience (baptism of fire). I've had some wins, some losses, but I'm up a little bit over that time, so not too shabby for me.

    I decided a while back to hold onto BDR, and I kept buying, initially in around 27c, all the way down to 11.5c. I've accumulated 450,000 shares at an average price of close to 20c. This company is by far my largest holding.

    I believe in the resources that this company has, its potential & the fact that they can get gold out of the ground & sell it. The beginning of a "turnaround recently" after the operational issues they have experienced, & a change in management has increased my optimism significantly.

    But what I would like to see is a 3-5 year "vision" or mission statement. It may be "pie in the sky" stuff at this stage, but it displays that the company is focussed on longevity, has a "long term plan" and is moving forward with that plan. Something like "our mission is to produce xxxx ounces of gold @ xxxx cost of production annually" , or "over the next 3 years, BDR aims to increase production by x% annually" would be a good start. Rather than look through annual reports or financials, simple small statements on the website.

    If we want more investors, who are willing to pay a higher share price, "sentiment" in my opinion can affect a share price. And to a degree, a professional up to date website can affect "sentiment".

    Now, to the operational side.

    I'm after opinions from those with knowledge on the mining side, if BDR hit their targets & start generating cash over the next 6-12 months, what are the options moving forward to move more dirt? How could BDR double or even triple their production?

    Cheers
    Rick
