Nobody knows what information you do (or don't) have.
But there's been a colossal effort to talk MSB down not just for the past week but for years. Shorters have been all over this stock.
Naked shorters are also likely. This is likely to be in combination with an acquisition program, and as our trusty correspondent @madamswer has acknowledged, it's easy to hide the ultimate beneficial holder of a stock, and shorting can be a powerful tool in an accumulation strategy).

(oh, and it was gratifying to see that the article makes many of the observations that I've been making in here, including the starting one that you would need a regulator with the resources and powers of subpoena to properly investigate the situation).
