Thanks for the insight mowibble if anything its interesting to learn how processes like this operate in overseas countries/cultures. So your currently thinking Manajem will lose its license it holds that it should have transfered to the JV.

Bayan has already applied for license adjacent to Khnaiguiyah and should Manajem officially lose the license for Khnaiguiyah they will apply for it and transfer it to the JV with Alara and begin work on the Khnaiguiyah project.

As well as another large project definitely going forward in Oman which this week a separate wealthy investor from India with exposure in other resource projects, has bought in at quite a large percentage.

Once all is done with the courts will Manajem be out of the picture permanently?
