Agreed range of scenarios? Do you not appreciate how detailed these agreements are? They are hundreds of pages long and involve teams of technical people, lawyers, and finance people on both sides of the fence and millions of dollars spent. You don't just change a few numbers on the bottom of one page to cater for different scenarios.
