    Can you please give some hints why prospective tollers are waiting for EPC price?
    I believe Tollers will ONLY be paying fixed tolling fees plus operating costs, doesn't seem be linking with any EPC/initial capex.

    Why Meridian LNG was happy to sign back in July?
