I have never questioned whether they could find stones in the wet - actually it's sometimes a lot easier to spot them when raining. My post referred to finding kennedy's phantom pipe in the wet, a different matter entirely. And the question has relevance because without that pipe my guess is that the options you all gloated about getting for nothing, will by April, be worthless once again. Finding a few big stones here and there is OK to keep LOM from drowning under debt but it's never going to the boost the sp to the mythical heights all were dreaming about on here not so long ago....
