Well the original holders must be pretty dumb when you consider they are still holding and have even bought back stock. Just look at the registry!
Including CEO the original shareholders hold 70% of the company. That is without me even bothering to trace nominee accounts to see if they were transfered from original holders. About 4.6% was issued during the IPO. So in other words it leaves only 25% (at absolute maximum) of shares outstanding that have been sold by original investors.
So 70% still hold. AND have even bought stock back at higher prices than 4.7 cents. They must be so dumb for doing that. Then also consider the holders who are out of escrow have had ample opportunity to sell their stock for 10 cents easily. Yet they still hold.
Have you thought that just maybe JUST MAYBE it is the 25% who made a bad call. Or simply wanted the cash for whatever reason.
