Hey Crisis, Melissa did respond but as she is part of ASIC she said any queries or concerns with the TO Panel proceedings should be taken up with the them directly. Which is like asking the umpire to rethink his decision....which never happens (unlesss you have a third party do it).
Anyway, so its a dead end. I'd say/hope PJ is getting all the advice he can to question the decision through the proper channels. If he's not then he deserves to lose his job.
I'm afraid we are where we are due to timing of the project and coal market forces leading to no finance for the last 2-3 years. (Whether we attribute blame for this at PJ or Noble or others or not). This has destroyed our potential company value and thus our sp.
When's the meeting again? If any further announcement are going to happen beforehand they better happen soon. ( ie PJ hasn't got much time to play any more cards).
