Hi Folks
Skin in the game in my view means they have invested personal funds which are at risk and can also benefit from increase. Millions upon millions of free options at exercise prices where 90% of shareholders would still be underwater is not skin in the game IMO . What happens if options don't move in the money, they issue more later at lower prices with the stroke of a pen . Would be more encouraged to see MD and crew spend 70-100k buying stock
