AGM announcement for VTX was on the 28/10
AGM announcement for SRT was on the 29/10
Both AGM's are at the same premises Churchill ave WA. VTX at 8.30am followed by SRT at 10.00am. Is this a date of convenience or planned timing by Walker/Bell to entice sophicated investers from VTX to attend our AGM considering it's highly likely our acquisition may well be in the same Tech field/platform.
