Institutional Investors. Wow. Sounds more like private clients to me of Fosters.
Private clients wear suits and get preferential treatment from their broker.
I mean 10M would be enough for one institutional investor
So who did we get? HSBC? Citi? or more New York style investors that will dump on the market.
I'll say it again. It looks like once again the suits have got preferential treatment over SH that have backed the company from the start. I don't see a management style here that I like going forward. Sure SH will make money and probably do very well. However, don't expect to make as much as you could or should have because management is more interested in easy deals selling your company cheap to a select few.
10% of existing shareholders would not have taken up an offer? Yeah right.
