Delay to Offer.... I believe that the delay is to enable the finalisation of an announcement regarding a major leap forward for the company The announcement will provide the required impetus for most holders to partake in the issue . (IMO) this week will be the last time TON will be selling at these ridiculous prices. MERLIN
