No I'm afraid Merlin there's been a some days delay in setting the Record Date from the 27th Nov to 1 st December. This makes the ex Rights date the 27th November [T3] thus the headline explain of Delay to Offer. See/compare prev 12 Nov announce for day changes.
What Merlin do you expect any news to be that's a major leap forward leaving the 15/20 price range long behind?
you don't post often Merlin but think in the past you have declared a Substantial Holding, Top 10'er once. Are you still? or been diluted down the line?

Re news- Can't see AMG/GK JV til a Ancuabe JORC announce.
Considering Brad saying this $11mil is the last CR for at least 7 months, this is all covered, this $11mil in paying for YX JV share and DFS completion. So apparently BB is not anticipating paying any Capex to AMG/GK so...what do you reckon,Merlin? could AMG/GK just buy the tenement outright? That's a possibility canvassed in Saverio's article cut'n'paste GK buys outright, no JV as such.
Tenements of Dirt with Graphite in it when proven up by a JORC certainly have a higher value than unproven prospective ones. Un JORC'd ? about $1mil JORC'd? $5mil maybe? don't know, not sure especially for Graphite don't think there's a precedent.

Any other thoughts, Merlin ? Please can we get some input that's not Tesla is salvinating at the bit!!!

I can "predict" that the period ex rights to Rights payment day will have selling over 15 to finance the rights takeup if it's done. Then when Rights Issue there'll be short term profit taking of any sp over 15.
Just basic Market Dynamics operating as seen by sophisticated investors and institutions when they get placement shares. Arbitrage.

Anyhow please Merlin try and get some informative, interesting, pertinent conversation going on here with the other 'sensible or large holders'.
