So what your saying is management cant even think two months ahead how much cash is going to be required?
That is appalling, they need to get someone on board who knows what they are doing as its becoming clearer each month that current management is inexperienced and being taken for a ride.
Heavily oversubscribed? That's because any fool can see they can make easy money nothing to do with Good management there.
