With respect hotj, I don't know what your expertise in the high level management of large, state of the art factory processing operations is, especially one where the scale is the largest in the world, dealing with process technology that is unique at this scale, but having visited the LAMP and discussed some of the multiple problems last year, and having 40 years experience in the selection of executives in a large organisation, I can confidently say that your post is nonsense.
