I've spoken to a lot of people over the 24 hours - my conversation with Patrick was the most concerning! He tried to explain and paint a vivid image as to what further deeper software analysis means as per our results and explained it as the back-end code element of our software was not compatible with the commercial setting and testing that happen at the lab, as result we failed to capture actual results?

I also spoke with Shanny, and she also mentioned a similar thing but with a little more of an upbeat song to her explanation.

The link between the two parties does not fit! Patick could NOT explain why we required such an extended TH to ONLY come out with a drafted 4 line paragraph advising test results pretty much failed and our software needed to be re-written, BS! There was zero warmth, positivity or direction to our announcement. I know for a fact there is more too our testing results and captured data and that has NOT been articulated to SH as to why TECHNICALLY we need to re-write our software.

Patrick admitted to me that we have LOST TIME and are behind due to the internal restructuring of both parties (POLITICS)!

I asked Patrick why we are going through a 3rd board member shuffle - his response "we feel that we need someone technical to join NXR to help drive the product to commercialization" my response - "why wouldn't you have a member from WBT that is an expert matter in our tech join the board, why would be bring on an outsider who need to learn and understand our product causing further delays, all i got was silence.

Sure, i agree we need well connected members that can bench mark off their existing network of commercial relationships to help us fast track the product - but it doesn't make sense why we can't have a WBT member join the board. (PROTECTING Investments)

Furthermore - our conversation lead to, why we haven't already established a detailed wireframe as to the software error and the what the development cycle will be to rectify the error ASAP. I also asked why the Architects having made statement on the announcement from a technical perspective as to what needs to take place to rectify the error. Manpower? Time frame? Capability for us to test the solution in house NOT prototype and how much further funding this will require for us to get back to testing!

SH - you have EVERY RIGHT to call, email and communicate in any method to WHAT IS GOING ON and WHAT ARE THE STEPS WE ARE TAKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! This all need to be drawn in a diagram and articulated in a positive manner given we are pushing for a 50.5% take!
