Hi all, first time posting =)

I have a few questions.
Not sure if its me reading it the wrong way and I have not seen anyone mentioned this in the thread (sorry if it has been), by reading this announcement, aren't we (NXR) entitled a total of 61.5% of WBT after the cap raise?

=> NXR currently holds 40%
=> another 10.5% from Cicero
=> also the 11% from the Subscription Agreement that NXR has not exercise

So its a total of 61.5% if all goes well?

So even if we don't execute the Subscription Agreement, in a sense we are in control of WBT already after the cap raise?
