No doubt if they are to announce it at the AGM, they will also submit a written copy to the ASX, whether it's at the same time of AGM or after the AGM, wouldn't make much of a difference I think, since like senator said, it's in TH, no one can really do anything.
But I'll definitely try and find out more about this licensing agreement and see if they have others lining up at the door
