I agree CGT, just get the partnering deal done, I'm glad they paid them (the Fund) out and will chase them later for those additional shares. The last thing we need is for this type of event to slow down the MS Review and any agreement that must be very very close to being finalised, boy do I hope it hasn't!!

Low volume on Naz last night, maybe the issuing of this notice and and the Company disputing an occurrence of a triggering event played a part in this lower volume.
