seems he wants the SP to go higher too = Good ..as hes not trying to Take us over on the cheap..

He is not Going to Sell any of his shares ...until he can build the Business up.along with the Cashflows and sales revenues are higher ..when Expansion phase is complete...in 2016 or 17

A dividend is becoming more likely ..with Every $$ increase... in the Cash held.

If a Dividend is announced .. and the CEO wants to sell some %% of his Holdings at higher prices ....it would be EASY ...with a Dividend set.
