Ron, the way I read that 604 notice submitted by Acorn on 28 Aug is that Acorn still have control over the sale of the shares listed next to those other entities. Read note under "nature of relevant interest" (6).
"In its capacity as investment manager for various superannuation funds, institutional investor portfolios and unit trusts has the power to exercise , or control of, a right attached to the securities and has the power to dispose of, or control the exercise of a power to dispose of, the securities."

That form still left Acorn controlling 5.89% of OEL stock (69.559m shares).

Backing up this premise is the following Form 605 (ceasing to be a substantial holder) submitted by Acorn on the 12 Oct 2015.

In that document (Annexure A) you can clearly see Acorns name against all the sales of securities between 31 Aug and 13 Oct 2015, the total of which removed them from being a substantial holder (<5% holding).

In the latest top 20, I think the securities have been listed under the names of the entities mentioned in that 604 of 28 Aug (you may remember after the last top 20 list I posted 3 names where the shares may have been taken up - you pasted pic of 604 28/8 - I replied then it's 4 x names), but imo that doesn't mean that Acorn no longer has control them.....possibly just a paper shuffle imo.

The continued aggressive selling action/pattern would seem to support this theory imo.
