    I suspect there is a lot of wishful thinking going on here. Sorry, but I suspect it will be a much more routine licensing deal giving a company of some description rights to exploit the IP in certain ways which may not even result in sales for now. And as for up front licence fees that is not likely, maybe milestone payments if certain results occur.
