But really, instead of squabbling whether it's a degree warmer or cooler, why don't we address the real environmental problems - deforestation, pollution of the oceans, habitat loss, poaching etc? They are the things we need to do something about.
The extra CO2 is causing a greening of the earth but in general, you are right but miss the elephant: Overpopulation.
BTW @ 0.03% CO2 in the atmosphere, many plants were struggling to survive. Any further reduction would have seen their demise.
