It is crazy to remove Assad just as crazy to remove Saddam and Gadaffi, we know what is going to happen if that is the case, the whole country will be controlled by isis, then we can have our perpetual war.
Common sense is to help Assad to help ourselves by ridding the world of isis aka the free Syrian army. Aka terrorists. US meddling has created another disaster.
